Hello!
I am so excited to share with you some pieces I've just received in the mail! I've been very kindly asked to review a few pieces of clothing from Zaful and I just couldn't say no. Free and cute clothing? Yes, please! I picked 3 of their pieces which are perfect for this hot summer weather situation going on currently here in Lithuania. I'VE BEEN DYING TO RECEIVE THIS PARCEL. I've ordered some darn cute clothes if you ask me. I don't know what phase I am currently going through, but all 3 pieces I picked match pink/white color range (def my color scheme for the summer). Without further or do, let's hop right into the haul/review!
Shipping was pretty quick knowing that the parcel was shipped all the way from China, it took no more than 3 weeks to reach Europe. Every single piece of clothing was packed in its individual zip lock bag which I just adore. These zip lock baggies will be perfect for traveling, let me tell you that!
❤
The first clothing piece I was super excited for was this cut out bowknot gingham print dress. Oh my.. let me tell you, I'M SHOOK. I didn't expect this to be so good!! I think it looks SOO flattering on, it sits like a glove! The top part is a little too loose for me because of the *poor chest situation going on*, but the skirt part sits amazing, it's definitely not too short. I really love the style of this dress and how the skirt part is high waisted *muffin top is a thing guys*. Straps are adjustable which is a huge plus! Material (Cotton, Polyester) is stretchy and soft, not see-through although I would recommend wearing nude or white thongs just in case. Top is bowknot and you can make it as tight as you want. Skirt on the side has a zipper, which makes it easier to put on. Overall, I give this dress 10/10. If you are interested, the size I am wearing is a medium and color is pinkish purple. This dress also comes in a size small and large as well, other color options are light blue and white. If you are interested you can shop this dress here.
❤
❤
Another piece is an open back cropped tank top. This top was really inexpensive and I wanted to see if it really looks like the picture and to be honest it does! The first thing I noticed was how thin the material was and I knew straight away that this was going to be see-through so I paired it with a beautiful lace bralette underneath. Back is open, which looks really romantic and sexy in my opinion. Forgive me for my terrible back tan *I fell asleep while I was sunbathing lol*.  I am so happy I bought a pair of high waisted shorts because I am super excited to wear this top out! *with a bralette underneath of course not trying to flash anyone* I ordered this top in a size medium (for reference I usually wear size small in tops), it also comes in size medium, large and extra large. Color options are white, gray, black and firecracker (brown). If you are interested you can shop this top here.
❤
❤
The last thing I received was this adorable lace trim velvet bodysuit. Feeling foxy! When I saw this one online  I HAD to get it, I have been looking for a bodysuit like this FOR AGES. I am so glad Zaful got me covered. Straps are adjustable, which is always appreciated, velvet material is really high quality and lavish looking. Once again, looks exactly like the picture. What I have to admit is that I cropped the thong part because the torso of the bodysuit is hella short for me and I wouldn't be able to wear this around as a bodysuit. For someone who is way shorter than me (I am 5'8) this should fit alright. Nevertheless, I am so excited to wear this with some white high waisted  shorts. Definitely a very cute and sexy piecet to own in your closet! This is the only color option and it comes in sizes small, medium and large (mine is in medium). If you are interested you can shop this bodysuit here.
❤
❤
Overall, I am so glad with all of these purchases! Definitely ordering from Zaful again in the future. By the way, Zaful is currently having it's 4th anniversary *yay congrats Zaful!* and they are offering so many discounts atm!
Use code ZFAnn  when you make your order:

Over 50$ save 6$
Over 100$ save 12$
Hope you enjoyed this haul/review! Kisses and until next time!

Hey there!
To be honest, I never thought that on my blog I would ever come up with a topic like this, but I am actually glad this finally happened and I wanted to share my thoughts with whoever is reading this. First of all, let me say happy New Year to every single one of you! Sending you my blessings, hope you have a good one.
It's the month of February already and January is surprisingly over, but it's never a bad time to refresh your mind and breathe new life into your daily routine. Everyone keeps telling 'New Year new me' and yes, it's great, but at the same time, let's be honest here, you won't wake up as a whole new person on January 1st, truth is that big changes come from small steps. My New Year's resolution is simply to improve the quality of my life by working out more, eating healthier, spending more time outside, being more spontaneous, travel more and just simply enjoy what life has to offer. *Let me know in the comments down below what are your New Year's resolutions!*
I know how hard it is to stick to your resolutions because I have trouble committing to them myself. Hope writing this will not only motivate you to stick to yours but also help me do the same. And girls if you don't use Pinterest already, make sure you do because it's seriously the best thing ever when it comes to searching for inspiration! On there I found this quote: 'You know all those things you've always wanted to do? You should go DO THEM'. Love this one! And girls, believe in yourselves and go for it!
I cannot explain you how important it is to stay positive in every situation in life. And let's make it clear, being positive isn't pretending that everything is good, it's seeing the good in everything. I feel like the past couple of months really made a difference in my attitude and outlook on life, maybe it's new people I met, maybe a new job or first year at university but it has been different for me. I used to be this 'nerve ball' that would care about EVERYTHING. No kidding. It really stopped me from living my life to the fullest. I understood that there is just no point in thinking this much and overthinking every single thing that didn't work out and figuring it out why it happened this way and not another or that I did wrong to deserve this. Bad things happen. And that's okay. Take all the bad experience as lessons and just move on. And because I spend so much time searching for quotes that inspire me, I wanted to share them all with you too.
❤
1. Forgive them even if they are not sorry.
2. Don't save things for a special occasion. Every day of your life is a special occasion.
3. If you see something beautiful in someone, speak it.
4. If you want to go somewhere you like but no one else wants to, go by yourself. You'll meet people with similar interests as you.
5. Let go of that you can't change.
6. We rise by lifting others.
7. Don't expect to see a change if you don't make one.
8. No amount of guilt can change the past. And no amount of anxiety can change the future.
9. Be nice to people even if your own heart is breaking, because there is no need to break theirs too.
10. The hope is small but it is everything.
❤
Be kind, stay positive and believe in yourself

Labas!
❤
❤
Pasirinkau pakankamai paprastą, tačiau tuo pačiu ir gana šventinį makiažą. Makiažą pradėjau nuo veido paruošimo. Tam naudojau Magic Face Primer  (1) makiažo gruntą. Gruntas baltos spalvos, kreminės lengvos tekstūros, maloniai kvepia ir greitai įsigeria į veido odą, nėra lipnus. Iškart po grunto naudojau Full Cover Cream Concealer, (2) kurio spalvytė Fair. Nuoširdžiai prisipažinsiu, šis produktas yra lygintinas kreminiam maskuokliui iš MAC, kurį naudoju jau gerus 2 metus ir kurio niekaip negaliu atsisakyti, nes esu be galo įsimylėjusi šį produktą. Maskuoklis iš Mark tikrai labai gražiai dengia veido netobulumus, puikus spuogeliams maskuoti. Kitas žingsnis - makiažo pagrindas, šį kartą tai Glow On Natural Radiance Foundation (3) su SPF 15, atspalvis Creamy Natural. Dengimas, sakyčiau, vidutinis, užbaigimas natūralus, lengvai švytintis, tekstūra pakankamai tiršta, tačiau ant odos nesijaučia.
❤
Akių pravedimui naudojau juodos spalvos Mega Effects liquid eyeliner (8), produktus labai patiko, nes lengva naudoti, patogi markerio tipo teptuko forma ir išgaunama ryški juoda spalva. Blakstienas padažiau Big & Style Volume Mascara (9), tušas gražiai atskyrė ir paryškino blakstienas. Antakiams apipavidalinti ir užpildyti naudojau vieną labiausiai patikusių kosmetikos produktų - Perfect Brow Creme Gel Pot (10), spalva deep brown. Produktas labai patiko, nes kreminė tekstūra leido lengvai apibrėžti antakius ir ten kur reikia produktą nesunkiai išsklaidyti.
❤
Galiausiai, lūpos! Lūpoms užpildyti naudojau dviejų spalvų matinius lūpų lakus Liquid Lip Lacquer Matte, iš pradžių lūpas pilnai padengiau matine spalva Dare to be bare (11), o tada apatinės ir viršutinės lūpų vidurius padažiau dar ir šviesesne Whipped latte (12) spalvyte, kad lūpas vizualiai pašviesinčiau ir gautųsi pilnesnių lūpų efektas. Paskutinis žingnis - fiksacija. Tam naudojau purškiamą fiksatorių Magix Prep and Set Spray (13).
Galiu prisipažinti, kad man net gi labai patiko rašyti lietuvių kalba, galbūt ateityje teks dažniau tą daryti. O dabar, linkiu gražios dienos ir darbingos likusios savaitės!

Hey there!
To be honest, Instagram is probably my favorite social media platform out there so I thought why not to include it in my new blog post? To be fairly honest, I spend SOO much time on Instagram and even more time editing pictures I plan to upload *guilty*. Oh, and by the way, if you are interested, my Instagram is @violetalyskoit. Feel free to check it out!
One of my recent pictures is a selfie and of course, as always I had to take a bajillion pictures before uploading only a single one because I was pretty happy with how my makeup turned out and it came to my mind that I could share with you how I did it and what makeup products I used.
To begin with, I always do my eyes first *because otherwise there is a huge possibility that I'll mess up all my makeup*. For eyeshadows I used Sleek I-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Storm, shades Calm before the storm, Eye of the storm and Blackout. I simply created a brown smoky eye but then I wanted to add some color and that's why under my lower lash line I added some aqua green from BH Cosmetics Foil Eyes To Go Eyeshadow Palette. Then I applied my new favorite mascara, which is L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic mascara in Magnetic Black, and my eyes are pretty much done!
For my face I mixed my favorite Maybelline Dream Pure BB cream in Light and MAC Pro Longwear concealer in NC15. I set my face using Coty Airspun loose face powder. For contour I used MAC Powder Blush in Harmony and for highlight I picked Sleek Solstice Highlighting palette and used shade Subsolar. I used highlight on my cheeks, brow bones and on Cupid's bow. I lined and then filled in my lips using NYX Lip liner in shade Mauve.
Lastly, the brows. Nothing new here, as always I o my brows using Artdeco Eyebrow Designer in 5 and then seal them in with L'Oreal Brow Artist Plumper clear shaping brow gel mascara in transparent.

What apps I use to edit my instagram photos?
My favorite editing apps are VSCO, Facetune 2 and Afterlight.  Firstly, I always go on VSCO and add my favorite filter, which is HB1 and I set it on ~+4,0 or +6,0 (depends on the photo) and most of the time that's all I do on VSCO. Next, I go on Facetune 2 and whiten the background using Whiten tool, then sharpen eyes using Details tool and fix any blemishes I may have using Conceal tool. At last, I go on Afterlight and add a few more changes, I like to adjust brightness, increase contrast and reduce saturation just a tiny bit. Here are some of the before/after pictures I edited this way!

Hello!
To begin with, I was contacted by a lovely Rosegal team member and I was kindly offered to review some of their clothing pieces and of course I agreed because I checked their website and I just couldn't say no!
I picked two of their clothing items. First one was Cami Velvet Sweatheart Top in deep pink. I just checked out their website and unfortunately it's sold out but, I am pretty sure it will be back in stock soon. So about the order, both items came in 16 days, which is actually pretty great realising that they were shipped all the way from China.
Both pieces came in separate bags and I had to pick them up undividually, which seemed weird at first, but when I realised that it was actually a smart move, because this way there is a much less possibility that the items will get lost on their way to a client and it could also solve some of the problems concerning customs.

Let's get back to the cami top. When I ordered it, I thought that it was going to be a regular fit top, but when I tried it on I realised it was more like a crop top because it was barely covering my belly button but despite the fact that it's a crop top I still love it so much! Velvet material is extremely soft and expensive looking, lace detailing looks really sweet and adds some playfulness to the whole look. Overall, top looks exactly like on the website picture, which is always great when shopping online. I ordered size M and it fits perfectly.

On to the next top, which is a Backless Self Tie Cami Top with Pompon in white. Again, unfortunately this top is sold out also, but let's hope they restock it soon!
The material is very delicate, so you have to take a good care of it because it tends to get wrinkly real fast. The material also reminds me of something I would wear to bed, but because we all know that it is now socially acceptable to wear lingerie-like clothing in public, you can make it work. I picked it up, because I have never seen a similar top to this so I was excited to see how it looks in real life and to be honest, I am not even slightly disappointed because it's a very interesting piece to have in your closet.
Front is extremely plain, but the back gets all the attention. This is definitely the type of top you would have to wear nipple covers with, because there is an open back and bra straps just wouldn't look cute if they were peeking out or maybe a lace bralette could work too. I picked it up in size M, but now I would probably go for a size L, because I would like it to be slightly longer. Pom poms definitely add that instagram vibe and I think that a top like this could look really cool and trendy if styled right. Again, the top looks just like in the picture.

Overall, I am very happy with both of these tops and store in general! I am excited to shop from this website more frequently because there are TONS of really cute stuff like these white crop tops! Need asap!
You want some new clothes, why not taking a look over here? Summer sales ongoing, all from 33% off. Use code RGEN for another 10% off! Time for a new outfit!

Hello!
This is extremely embarrassing because I had to publish this post in November right after the Gold Obsession event hosted by L'Oreal. I truly am a horrible blogger when it comes to posting on time and keeping up with the trends and new releases. But hey, it's better late than never, right? In November I was kindly invited to a L'Oreal Paris #goldobsession party, where I had an ability to try out their new makeup range with famous beauty bloggers, makeup artists and other influencers. Everyone received their own goodie bags to try out L'Oreal's new makeup products. I will show you what I got in my goodie back and give you quick reviews and my opinion on the products.

In my goodie bag I received 5 products from Color Riche by L'Oreal: 2 lipsticks in shades Rouge Gold and Pure Gold, La Palette lip palette in Nude, Couture lip liner in Beige A Nu and lastly, gold nail polish in Gold Carat. For now I am only going to review lipsticks and lip palette because I feel like these products are the centre of attention when it comes to this new collection and although these are no longer considered as new makeup products (shame on me) you can still find them in stores. Hope you can still find this post at least somehow helpful!

Let's begin with these beautiful lipsticks. As mentioned, In my goodie back I received 2 lipsticks in shades Rouge Gold and Pure Gold. Lipsticks retail for 12.49€. Speaking about packaging, I would say it's pretty luxurious looking, Lid is completely matte and the bottom part has that gold mirror effect and is transitioning to black matte. I can surely admit that L'Oreal did a great job on the exterior of these lipsticks. Although I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of gold, this packaging really caught my eye.

Where are 3 more Color Riche Gold Obsession lipsticks in retail and what is interesting is that each of the 5 shades are wrapped in 24-Carat gold for a statement metallic look. L'Oreal claims that as well as it's intense colour pigment, each Color Riche lipstick shade is enriched with a combination of Omega-3 oils and Vitamin E which helps to protect your lips from drying. I will be straight with you, when I first saw these in my goodie bag, I literally said wow, but then I started thinking, can I really pull it off? Maybe. Rouge Gold is a bright red with gold shimmer and a tint of orange. It's extremely creamy and pigmented. Because it's so creamy it's really easy to smudge. I feel like with this lipstick you would have to reapply it a couple of times throughout the day and constantly check if it hasn't smudged. Pure Gold is something extremely out of the comfort zone because it's literally a gold shimmer. I am surprised how pigmented and opaque that is. Again, the texture is creamy, feels comfortable on the lips. Not sure if I would ever wear it on my lips, but I've tried adding some on the eyelids and to be honest I loved the result! I am pretty positive it would work as a highlighter for some crazy makeup look as well! In brief, I like the idea of these lipsticks but not that much the realisation.

On to the next product. Lip palette in Nude contains 6 natural skin-like shades in matte and satin textures. Palette retails for 17.49€. Again, the packaging has that gold mirror effect. The gold case makes the product look rather expensive. Palette also includes a mirror and a tiny lip brush. The idea of this palette is to blend shades together for a shaded ombre effect and create your own unique makeup looks. I also noticed that this palette has a pretty strong, almost sweet scent so if you are not a fan of scented makeup, be aware. I find that lighter shades are too sheer to even tell a difference between your natural lip color and a lip product. Darker shades appear more pigmented and opaque. All shades are creamy and feel very comfortable and smooth on the lips, I literally feel like I have nothing on my lips, which is a huge plus because otherwise I feel obnoxious and that's the main reason why I am not so keen on wearing lip products in general. I feel like with this product you would have to reapply it more than once throughout the day so it's a good thing that this palette comes with a mirror and a tiny brush. The brush works well for a quick application. I love how you can create endless looks with this palette and that it includes a total of 6 nude shades. I think this a great everyday on the go makeup product.

To conclude, I am pleasantly satisfied with this L'Oreal makeup release. My favorite product is definitely the lip palette. Let me know if you have tried anything from this Color Riche makeup collection and tell me what you think of it!
